The bill (Reg. No. 2782) suggests an introduction of monthly payments from 1 January 2014 to parents, wives/husbands who did not remarry, disabled children, soldiers, partisans, underground fighters who died (missing) while participating in combat operations during the Great Patriotic War, warfare and conflict in other states. The Committee support the initiative aimed at improving material support of one of the least socially secured category of pensioners – mothers, parents, wives and disabled children, soldiers, partisans, underground fighters who died (missing) during military service.
